A dynamic, natural-born entrepreneur, Umida Stelovska was the first woman from her traditional Silkroad Uzbekistan village to travel to Western countries or to lead her own modern business pursuits. Fluent in five languages, she has applied her cross-cultural communication skills within the hospitality, travel, tourism and education industries. While residing in Prague, she co-founded Thajemný Svět s.r.o., a Thai cuisine restaurant chain. A passionate advocate of human rights, she was the official translator for the Czech Republic Attorney General and state police, going on to found PrAgEmInt s.r.o. in Prague, an employment agency and support service matching illegal foreign workers with legal jobs. Following stints in Western Europe and Switzerland, she was drawn to digital media and became involved in managing eWinr startup, which offered retail and location-based interactive video games for mobile commerce. She then co-founded the parWinr video gamification platform headquartered in Silicon Valley.
Jan was an early and visionary proponent of digital media, coining the phrase “hypermedia” and creating the first hypermedia lab at the University of Hawaii in 1991. He has also built startups in the Czech Republic, Thailand, and the U.S. After he received his Ph.D. at the prestigious Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich he managed his own research lab there. He is Co-Director of the Advanced Multimodal-Interaction lab (AMI) and has been professor of Computer Sciences at University of Hawaii for more than 25 years. In the mid 90's, Jan built the prototype app that is now the basis of parWinr's games. "You give me a video, and I'll turn it into a game." Finally, suitable technology and rock-solid intellectual property have brought his project to market.

He is recognized for building revenue generating relationships, with complex customer requirements, packaging and offerings for global customers of KLA-Tencor, Flex Interconnect Technologies, CRMIT Solutions and ITC Infotech. Raj is adept at domestic and global product market, having brought solutions across North America, Asia Pacific, Japan and Europe. Raj draws from his knowledge of the complex enterprise software and hardware industry with cloud and innovative market trends. He is a Stanford University Management Science graduate, and also holds two MS degrees from University of North Texas, and Indian Institute of Technology.

Combining deep domestic and international experience in operations, P&L oversight and multi-channel product distribution, he has spearheaded operational improvement to drive productivity and reduce costs.

A longtime champion of interactivity, Allison specializes in accelerating early stage ventures. She is CEO of ITV Alliance comprised of Fortune 1000 corporations driving advanced television and a Sprockit pipeline partner. She has advised major brands on digital strategy (Liberty, IBM, AOL, Scripps, AT&T) and numerous start-ups to successful exits. She co-founded eTV World and Hollyweb, and chaired launch of NAB’s Multimedia World.
